Ivy and Brandon are so much fun and so friendly! We would have to say Ivy is one of the most laid back brides ever, which made our job pretty easy! Ivy is also pretty creative! She made her own shoes to wear with her dress! Very nice! The day started off at Cameo Salon where the Bride and her girls had, yes – spray painted make-up applied to their faces! This type of make-up is f-l-a-w-l-e-s-s and stays on forever! Well, at least until you wash your face a couple times! After capturing the girls getting ready, we headed to our studio ( Fallbrook Photography) and then downtown to do the group shots and then jetted to the ceremony & reception at the Sonoran Pueblo on MCAS. We absolutely LOVE Anabel! He always does a fantastic job with organizing and managing each special event! The ceremony was sweet and simple, along with family pictures! Then it was party time! Another fun and easy wedding! Brandon and Ivy, thanks for allowing us to be a part of this special time in your life!

We had a blast shooting Victor and Nabile’s big day! The weather is perfect right now so we really enjoyed spending time outside behind the camera! The day started off with shooting the guys, who as always, kept us entertained! We’re always so blessed to have a fun and friendly bridal party to work with! It was then off to family of the Bride’s house to get some shots of the girls getting ready, and of coarse, to capture some of the most emotional moments of the day with the parents. We then headed downtown to get some beautiful shots of our girls in creative lighting at the studio. The girls were dressed fashionably fabulous. Nabile has a great sense of style. We’d also like to mention, that our bride herself, made her own flower bouquets! The ceremony took place at a beautiful little church in Yuma called Lady of Guadalupe. Perhaps some of the most unique events at the wedding were the super cool classic pink car that came to escort the bride to the church and the firetruck that arrived at the reception location, the Sonoran Pueblo on MCAS Yuma, for some bridal party pictures! The groom is a firefighter so we just had to do it! We have to say, the bride and groom did a great job planning their wedding! It was full of creative details, helpful friends and style!

This past weekend we had the honor of shooting another bride and groom couple from Phoenix! We had so much fun with Amanda and Nathan, who are both incredibly sweet! We started the day off shooting the girls getting ready. Amanda, although she has such natural beauty, looked gorgeous in her flawless hair and make-up, courtesy of the staff at Manhattan Parlor. We especially loved her choice of bright yellow shoes for her gown and the varied style of bridesmaids dresses in the same shade of bright yellow. We then headed off to Fallbrook Photography studio (our Studio ) to get the guy’s group shots follow by shooting some girls shots at our studio. We then proceeded to the wedding/reception area at a family friend’s house. The house was absolutely the perfect place to have a wedding! As we arrived, we prepped our unaware bride and groom for their first look in citrus groves located close by the reception area! It was absolutely PERFECT! The expressions we captured on Amanda’s face are priceless! We then finished up with bridal party pictures and headed to the altar! The ceremony and family pictures were short, but very sweet and heartfelt. Our favorite time of the day approached during sunset…the romantics! It was so much fun getting some alone time with the bride and groom for some shots they could cherish forever. We then headed to the reception area, and as always, wedding planner, Janet Wolfe, delivered a fabulous event! We loved the lemon accents which complemented not only the location (farm area) but also the couple’s color scheme. The night was not only classically decorated, but it was very intimate with lit fireplaces and desserts spread throughout the area. To top it off, we captured Miss Janet up on the dance floor with her adorable apron titled, “The Wedding Planner“! Congratulations Amanda and Nathan! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!

This past weekend we did an E-Sesson with one of our couples from Phoenix. Not only did we have a few new locations to shoot at, but we had a very willing and brave bride and groom who were up for shooting anywhere! It was definitely a different setting for our last location. While donkeys and cows graced the area, our Bride, Blake, had a little difficulty focusing! However, it was smooth sailing since both the bride and groom were up for anything, hence, the fun shots in a flooded field! We can’t wait to work with them again to shoot their wedding in San Diego this June!

It has been a pleasure gracing a circle of friends the past few years. Although we met Mandi and Goose awhile back at previous weddings we have shot, it was now their turn to tie the knot! We love Mandi and Goose, including all their fun and hilarous friends! The day started off with meeting the girls at Yuma Insurance to capture their make-up/hanging out shots. Not only were all of these gals gorgeous, but fun to be around. It was then off to shoot the guys downtown in Yuma’s perfect winter weather. Again, it was so much fun gathering a hilarious group of guys to capture some awesome group shots but also “candid” moments. We then headed back to the girls to get the most important – getting ready shots! The gals were beautifully dressed in black dresses with accents of fuchsia pinks and purple. Mandi dolled a beautiful number accented with fuchsia ribbon tied around her waist. She looked absolutely stunning! We then headed downtown for the girl’s group shots then off to the Quechan Casino and Resort for the Ceremony and Reception. Wedding Planner, Lacey Fugate, did a fabulous job with the event! The attention to detail was incredible! Not only was she quite creative, but so was the groom, who created the couple’s own “Video Booth” for the wedding! We’d love to see what went on in there! Everything came together perfectly, including the cake, which was done by Susie King at Piece of Cake. She did a wonderful job! Also, if you need a florist that WOWS, go to Fortuna Florist. Her arrangements are absolutely amazing! It’s safe to say that Mandi and Goose’s day was one big party. We want to give a big shout out to everyone at the special event that we have had the pleasure of working with before. You all have not only allowed us to be apart of some of the most special times in your life but have also enabled us to do what we love! Congratulations Mandi and Goose!
