Introduction:
Newly engaged couple Amanda and Tyler are getting married at Lange Farm in Dade City, Florida next May and we’re excited that they’ve selected, us, Fallbrook Photography to capture this special day. She’s studying to be a teacher and he’s just finished up at the Police Academy, ready to take their next steps together as “husband and wife”.
They’re having a rustic wedding at Lange Farm and have decided to incorporate a few elements from their favorite pop culture icons. These include Batman socks for Tyler, Converse sneakers beneath Amanda’s wedding dress and words from her favorite movie “Beauty and the Beast” to welcome guests.

Lakewood Ranch Engagement Session:
But before that all gets underway, they wanted to have an e-session at a couple of their favorite natural settings in Lakewood Ranch and Manatee State Park. Lakewood Ranch is a really gorgeous, newly built community in Florida and we found a rustic bridge surrounded in green woods to stage their mid-afternoon e-session.
We captured close-up, intimate shots of Amanda and Tyler embracing in this loved-up moment, together with some wide-angle shots incorporating the whimsical natural setting. Amanda had opted for a white dress and Tyler a pastel blue shirt which really worked in perfectly with the soft, romantic ambiance of these images.

Manatee State Park Engagement Session:
We then made the short drive over to Manatee State Park to take advantage of the golden sunset lighting in its grassy fields. From tender exchanges between the couple to shots of Tyler leading Amanda through the grassy fields, these images really had a glowing quality as the sunset illuminated the setting.
Amanda changed into a black and red dress as the sun sank towards the horizon and we photographed them embracing in this romantic moment. There were also a couple of shots that Amanda had seen on Pinterest and really wanted to replicate, including a photo of Tyler piggy backing her while she showed off her engagement ring and another of them embracing while holding the Scrabble letters spelling out “Forever and Always”.

Conclusion:
Amanda and Tyler were such an easy going and wonderful couple to work with and we’re looking forward to reconnecting with them at Lang Farm next May. They told us that they had selected Fallbrook Photography because they loved our style (and our husband and wife team) and we hope they’re as happy with the results of these Lakewood Ranch and Manatee State Park e-sessions as we are.
