The Bilmar Resort in Treasure Island, Florida is a recently renovated yet super posh wedding venue. This place is gorgeous, and meshes a relaxed, beachy atmosphere with a trendy and modern ambiance. We recently had the honor of capturing one of the sweetest couples, Lisa and Jon, on their wedding day at the Bilmar Resort. The resort’s upscale suites provided a superb environment which made it incredibly easy to capture beautiful photos of the bride and groom. The resort’s website states that as a guest, you may find it difficult to leave your room, and they are seriously correct. The suites of the resort were filled with exquisite comfort. Despite a breath-taking front row seat view of the sparkling beach,  I think we would find it hard to leave the hotel’s room as well! The venue also provided the perfect location for a beach ceremony. We were close to the water, yet far enough away, which gave the couple and guests a true “beach wedding” atmosphere. Lastly, the couple ended their special day with a reception celebration on the venue’s perfect Beach Cafe and Patio. The couple essently wanted a relaxed, fun, and beach-like feel to their special day. The Bilmar Resort delivered outstandingly! The food was fantastic, the setting was perfect, the decor was impressive, and the staff was super friendly!
